Integral Tai Chi (iTC) basic is a series of 10 forms from the Heaven and ends with the Earth form. The ten forms are designed for one to return to the original flow state between Heaven and Earth. You can also use it for your daily practice on the Externalize section, and connect with your friends and/or find a certified coach in the Embrace section.
