Quantum Communicator is an application to be used in conjunction with Quantum Internet and Telephone Hosted PBX service. It allows a user the ability to make and receive voice/video calls, chat and receive presence information from Quantum Collaboration contacts, and view the contacts and call history of the users extension on their companys PBX. IT WILL NOT WORK IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THIS SERVICE
