The Office of the Passion of the Lord (Officium Passionis Domini) is a Little Office written by St. Francis of Assisi for use alongside the Divine Office (Liturgy of the Hours), and was especially loved by St. Clare of Assisi. Many third Order members have used this Office to fulfill their duties of reciting the Divine Office. There are seven hours in this Office, each of which takes only a couple minutes to devoutly pray, and consists of excerpts from the Scriptures and prayers written of St. Francis of Assisi.
