I have to tell you that Prism is one my favorite programs of all time and this is from someone who has been fitting functions to response curves for 30 years, dating back to punch card days on the campus IBM mainframe during graduate school. I switched to the PC version of SAS before your program came out, but when a colleague showed me Prism at Duke in the early mid 90's (I think, SAS was toast and I've never looked back. I flirted briefly with another program (Slidewrite during those days, but it lacked to analytical power of your program. Thank you. I would have taken ages to figure that out. GraphPad's support is the BEST! My lab just purchased 4 individual licenses for Prism 5 this week. I'd looked into SAS as well, but went with Prism because it was so easy to install the 30-
