FTL: Faster Than Light!

Kerbal Space Program is a multi-genre game where the players create their own space program.

There are fifty-four star systems in the X Universe, and within each one there are numerous installations. There is at least one space station in each system, and they range from ordinary factories like solar power plants to shipyards. By trading with them the player makes a profit, which allows one to upgrade the X-Perimental Shuttle with new weapons, better shields, and increased cargo space.

X Rebirth incorporates open-ended (or "sandbox") gameplay. As with previous installments in the series the game will take place in a universe that is active even when the player is not present, involving simulated trade, combat, piracy, and other features. The player as an individual may take part in these or other actions to gain notoriety or wealth, going so far as to be able to construct their own space installations and command fleets of starships, establishing what amounts to their own personal empire and dynamically and drastically altering the game world in the process. »

Out There is a space exploration game blending resource management and gamebook with no combat. Its Pulp Comics graphics and its eerie soundtrack composed by award-winning composer Siddhartha Barnhoorn offer a unique sci-fi adventure tainted with loneliness.
