Jitters: CBT for Panic, Anxiety and Phobias!

Jitters is an app to help you manage your relationship with anxiety, panic attacks and phobias. Through exercises used in CBT, or cognitive behavioral therapy, you are exposed to the physical symptoms experienced during panic as well as words, cartoons, photos and videos of your phobia. I initially built this app as a tool to help overcome and track my own phobia and I hope that it helps you as well.
