UV-Lens!

UV-Lens is designed to receive and stream real-time video from the Unified Video (UV) streaming application. UV/Lens provides mobile access to the collaborative and insight generating tools of Enterprise UV services including mobile dashboard, live streaming, geospatial overlays, chat, and event tagging of live video. This live-video and metadata create a real-time street-view of the mobile video overlaid on any OGC or WMS mapping engine.
