PlanItUp lets you:- Create an event- Provide up to three options for location and date initially (Step 1)- Send it to the people you hand pick and let them see who is part of your event- Let them review and vote on their preference (by eliminating at least one option)- Majority rules and decides - Based on your results for location and date, now send them your time options (Step 2)- Let them review and vote again on those- Majority rules and decides now the final plan you know the location, date and time for your event now- Finally, let people know if you are coming or taking a rain check (meaning no show) and see who else is joining you (Step 3)- Easily get directions to your event and/or add it to your phones calendar directly from our app
