- You can set and track goals for any or all of the following performance areas: technical, tactical, movement, physical, mental, emotional in your own personal log.- Track your Process Goals daily giving each practice session more purpose.- Post practice notes helps you measure your progress daily. - Post Match notes helps you understand and assess how your process goals fit into competition.- MHS Coaching staff has access to your goal setting diary and can adjust and make comments on each players goals. Keeping open the lines of communication between each players team; coaches, parents and players.
