Behavioral Apptivation!

Are you feeling down, frustrated, tired, or bored? Are you not doing things that you used to enjoy? My client likes the app and seems more engaged than he might be with paper forms.Using the online calendar and mood graph in session is really helpful It improved discussion about what my client was doing everyday, the importance and enjoyment of activities, and how this relates to daily mood.I think the app is much more convenient for my client than paper forms.
