40under40 is an action learning based development journey delivered on a mobile device. It focuses on the completion of the 70% component of the 70-20-10 model of development, which is on-the-job learning. 40under40 can be customized to a companys competency framework or can complement the existing leadership training initiatives, workshops or e-learning programs (which largely focuses on the 10% of the 70-20-10 model).
