The THRIVE Score App is an easy-to-use calculator that determines a patients THRIVE Score from the NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS), age, and the presence or absence of hypertension, diabetes mellitus, or atrial fibrillation. Dynamic updating of outcome probability provides direct feedback to the user on the impact of varying NIHSS or age.
