If you use your iPad, iPhone or iPod Touch at night time, youll be all too familiar with the problem of eye fatigue caused by the bright back light. Worse, if you happen to be outside, youll find your night vision gets blown away every time you glance at the screen, which makes it very hard to use. You can choose how bright or dark the image should be, and you can also choose a different colour entirely - a handy extra if you fancy recreating the green-screen world of old technology Features:- Surf the web at night without losing your night vision or suffering eye strain.- Browse your devices world map while youre out walking in the evening.- Lowered frame rate automatically smooths out screen distractions.- Customise the brightness to suit your taste.- Works on your iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch.

Polar Scope Align Pro

Please note that the only in-app purchases available are tips. All functionality is included. The main reason for this is that while I intend to keep support for iOS 6/7 devices for as long as I am allowed, even for very few users, it adds an overhead so I should make sure it is really needed.

iOptron Polar Scope

This is an app to show the position of the Pole Star (Polaris in Northern Hemisphere, or Sigma Octantis in Southern Hemisphere) in the polar scope of all the iOptron(R) telescope/camera mounts. The app uses the best algorithm to calculate the position of Pole Star: The algorithm calculates 3D space motion of the Pole Star itself, precession, temperature and barometric pressure corrected atmospheric refraction, nutation, parallax, aberration, and etc.). NOTE: Since 2017/03/03, This app has the identical result as iOptron 8407, 8408 hand controller and iOptron Commander 5.4.

Polar Scope Align

Polar Scope Align will calculate the position of Polaris or Octantis in your Polar Scope reticle for your location (using your phones GPS), allowing a quick and accurate polar alignment. It is one of the few programs that are accurate even in lower latitudes by correcting for atmospheric refraction (so expect results to agree only with precise software and not most simplistic polar align apps - see the Accuracy section in the website). The main reason for this is that while I intend to keep support for iOS 6/7 devices for as long as I am allowed, even for very few users, it adds an overhead so I should make sure it is really needed.
