A.M.I.G.A, es la aplicacin que utiliza la Direccin General de Seguridad Cuidadana del Municipio de Guanajuato; en apoyo al Centro de Atencin de Emergencias (CAE); la cual consiste en enviar reportes ciudadanos a la Direccin de Polica Municipal, Polica Vial, Bomberos, Proteccin Civil y Cruz Roja quien en tiempo real sern atendidas por la Central de Emergencias, que permite hacer estos reportes a travs de mensajes, foto, audio y/o llamada telefnica, mediante la aplicacin se otorgar informacin precisa de la persona que realiza la denuncia a la Central de Emergencias. As mismo podr enviar una alerta a travs del Botn de Pnico, mediante audio para casos de extrema urgencia. Una vez enviado su reporte se generar un folio con el cual podr verificar el estatus del mismo.
