Patternshop is a tool to create textures for fabric design.

NeoTextureEdit is an open source (GNU LGPL v. 3) easy to use graph-based procedural seamless texture editor. Using continuous basis functions it can generate arbitrary resolution images without quality degradation. Its main purpose is to produce high quality textures for real time rendering applications that can be stored in a few kB and synthesized on application startup. But it can also be used to generate off-line images.

Texture Studio is all you need to produce professional quality textures for use in games and tiled backgrounds. Texture Studio includes a set of integrated tools, all extremely useful for creating high quality seamless textures. Texture Studio is so easy to use, a photograph can be converted to a smoothly tiling, seamless texture with a single click. Alternately, you can adjust settings to fine-tune the look of the results.

Graphics editor for composing textures, buttons, logos, icons. Uses a building block idea for putting together filters/generators. A rather unique feature is it's vector filters.
