"Sekaiju" is a free, open source MIDI sequencer software for creating and editing MIDI data. This software enables you to create music with your MIDI modules or synthesizers. Sekaiju also can be used as a powerful MIDI editor.

Frieve's Music Studio Independence/Producer is a lighweight, yet relatively advanced and feature-rich MIDI sequencing DAW with support for VST plugins and 24bit/192KHz output. It can be used for music composing, recording input from MIDI controlllers in real-time or in steps, MIDI and waveform editing, mixing, and mastering.It's available in two versions, paid Independence and free Producer, with some functionality limitations.

Smidy is a MIDI sequencer and DAW able to host VST 3 plugIns and external MIDI hardware side by side.
