Albertino Port Mapper is a simple NAT-PNP/UPnP port mapper. It can be used to portforward ports automatically. Also you can check if your router support NAT-PNP or UPnP. It can be implemented in releases as external app, credits are must.

NetworkActiv AUTAPF is a solid yet accessible TCP and UDP port forwarding system for Windows. It keeps the data flowing whenever the network is ready and efficiently forwards many ports simultaneously. It can be configured both via a Windows-based interface and via a Web browser. Portfwd, Port Forwarding Daemon, stands for port forwarding daemon. It's a small C++ utility which forwards incoming TCP connections and/or UDP packets to remote hosts.
