GPING!

PingPlotter is a network troubleshooting and diagnostic tool. It uses a combination of traceroute, ping, and whois to collect data quickly - and then allows you to continue to collect data over time to give you the information you really need to identify problems (both short-term and long-term trends)

WinMTR is a Free Network Diagnostic ToolWinMTR is a Windows application which combines the functionality of the traceroute and ping utilities in a single network diagnostic tool. WinMTR is an equivalent of mtr for Windows developed by Appnor. Functionally it is very similar, although it does not actually share any code in common with mtr due to the major diffences between the *nix and Windows network stacks.

Smokeping is a latency measurement tool. It sends test packets out to the net and measures the amount of time they need to travel from one place to the other and back. SmokePing consists of a daemon process which organizes the latency measurements and a CGI which presents the graphs.

MultiPing is an application built for monitoring one or more TCP/IP hosts, while providing detailed historical information about the collection period. Using the proven and powerful PingPlotter engine technology, MultiPing allows you to monitor numerous targets simultaneously giving you the data you need to choose between multiple possible hosts (for online gaming or stock trading), to monitor uptime and performance, or just keep track of general connectivity.

This program helps to visually determine the origin of connection problems. The latency over time is shown on graphs, and each instance of packet loss is marked in red.

Graphical Ping displays a color coded realtime graph of continuous pings to a specified host.
